All workers are provided health and accidental Insurance.
Our factory workers are provided training under a very experienced team with years of experience working in the cashew industry from India and Vietnam, thus enriching their competency and strengthening their skill sets.
We maintain a clean work environment.
All workers are provided with the right equipment. Risk assessment will be carried out regularly of the workplace equipment and the right PPE will be provided at all times.
There will be clear signage and labelling present in all parts of the facility to ensure that factory workers are aware of their surrounding equipment.
An ambulance will be present in premises at all times in case of an emergency.
Fire safety training and response will be done frequently.
Year-round, We provide living wages to our factory workers which is the income level required to sustain a decent standard of living based on the family size and the location.
