A pioneer in the Cashew industry, Venkatesan Rajkumar brings his experience accumulated over three decades in origination, processing and trading of cashew nuts. Born in a family engaged in cashew business, he started his business in May 1994 with main objective to develop cashew processing units in India as well as in other cashew growing nations to produce cashew kernels of high quality and cater to needs of global consumers. He is the industry leader who introduced and mastered mechanised manufacturing.

He is also the first to achieve processing under a single roof and generating green energy from the cashew waste. He firmly believes that growth is a constant aspect of life and keeps striving in his mission to achieve his dynamic vision of achieving global leadership in the Cashew industry.

Equipped with the business acumen, knowledge and expertise required to run a successful cashew company, Vigneshwar Rajkumar plays a vital role at Dorado ivory. Inducted into the company as a Management trainee in 2011, Vigneshwar Rajkumar displayed strong leadership, strategic thinking and a clear understanding of operations, supply chain and manufacturing.

His initiatives propelled him into Business Development where he was able to translate the company visions into reality. His extensive knowledge in manufacturing helped optimize the mechanization of the processing facility in India. He has Ground level experience heading procurement teams in East and West Africa throughout the Procurement Season. After training in Europe and India in the retail sector, Vigneshwar brought his expertise to Sales and marketing

Siva Raju has been within the industry for more than 20 years, in a role of Head of Operations for several processing factories (with total processing capacity of 400 MTs /day) across India and Vietnam, Siva Raju brings his valuable experience in quality where he is heading the full quality control chain for all originating countries and processing expertise.

He is a seasoned expert in BRC, IFS, SMETA.
